Orders from this website can ONLY be sent to Australian addresses, for overseas orders please e-mail: jnhdaff@pobox.com for advice on Quarantine and postage charges.

Bulbs may be ordered from this web shop until the end of the current bulb season (late April). Please order early to avoid disappointment. Late orders may be accepted subject to bulb availability.

Bulbs will be professionally packed and posted to you from mid February to late April in order of receipt. Please be patient as we have a lot of bulbs to ship out in a short period.

All orders over $100 are POST FREE within Australia overwise there is a $7.50 postage & handling fee. Tas. orders add $5 and W.A. orders add $10 for quarantine treatment, documentation and inspection charge.

Your order may be changed, added to or altered up the point of dispatch, please contact us to discuss the method. For cancelled orders a fee of 3% ($5 minimum) may be incurred to cover credit card charges.

We will honour reasonable requests for replacement of faulty supplied bulbs. We will either send a credit voucher or replace the following season as appropriate.

Free gifts are sent with almost every order.
